At the time you book a rental,
you may take a prepayment using a credit or debit card. The amount of the prepayment will
be reflected in the contract price and reflected in the invoice that Plus generates.
You can also save the details of the credit card
if you require it as insurance against damage or loss.
RentControl Plus permits you
to both authorize and record payments by credit or debit card in one step. Plus also supports
recurring charges using a credit card already on file. Credit card returns, in cases of
overcharges or adjustments, are also processed and recorded within Plus in a single step.
Both RentControl and RentControl Plus are fully compliant with the new rules established for
credit card security.
