Purchase prices start as low as $995 for a standalone, single-user system, and $1695 for a three-user networked system. Options for credit card processing, a QuickBooks interface and barcode scanner support are nominally priced. Other available options include a website interface and full RFID support.

System Requirements

RentControl runs under Windows NT, 2000, XP, or Vista on a standalone PC or on a peer-to-peer or dedicated-server network and requires no other software. PCs must be Pentiums (or Pentium-compatible) with at least 512 MB of RAM (preferably 1 GB) and monitors capable of 1024x768 resolution. RentControl requires about 100 MB of disk space without the accounting package; 150 MB of disk space with it.
